Survey Project Manager/CAD Operator

AMI Consulting Engineers, PA is seeking a full-time Survey Project Manager/ CAD Operator to join our team in the Vadnais Heights, MN office. The qualified candidate will be responsible for assessment, planning and execution of land surveying projects. Candidate should possess excellent written and oral communication skills, with impeccable follow through while taking ownership in every project assigned. The successful candidate must have experience in serving the land surveying needs of clients by providing exceptional professional service. They should be passionate about their work, enjoy variety and like problem solving. This candidate should also be team oriented, honest and have a helpful disposition with a positive “can do” attitude.

 2 years as an active survey project manager and 7 years total land survey experience
 LSIT or licensed surveyor preferred, however not necessary
 Proficient use of field equipment: Tremble R-10 GPS, Tremble VX Robotic and TSC3 Data Collector
 Strong verbal and written communication skills
 Self-starter that is deadline driven and enjoys an ever changing, fast paced work environment
 Valid Driver’s License

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
 Represent company at project related meetings and during all points of contact with clients
 Manage and bid projects to meet critical deadlines and land surveying budgets
 Coordinate and schedule crews
 Manage office and field work for projects
 AutoCAD skills – currently using, AutoCAD Civil 3D 2018
 Occasional field work, not required but a plus
