Chad W. Scott, P.E.

Chad Scott, P.E. is the president and a principal of AMI Consulting Engineers, P.A. Mr. Scott is a registered professional engineer in 6 states and has been involved in large site developments in multiple disciplines which have included , Architectural, Civil, Structural, Marine, Mechanical, Electrical and System Automation. Mr. Scott has performed analysis, design, rehabilitation, master site planning, overall project development, cost assessments, research, and project management throughout the country.

In his overall years of engineering experience, Mr. Scott has become an expert in the Marine and Industrial engineering environments. With support of an expert staff of engineers and technicians, Mr. Scott has been able to complete major complex engineering projects with innovative ideas and creative solutions. These accomplishments have shown Mr. Scott to be a leader in the engineering industry by sharing his knowledge through numerous technical publications, presentations and his involvement in unique and difficult research projects.

Mr. Scott is also trained professionally as a commercially certified deep sea hard hat diver providing underwater inspection and assessment throughout the U.S. Mr. Scott is trained as an AWS certified welding inspector and is certified in non destructive testing. Mr. Scott served 8 years in the United States Marine Corps and was honorably discharged after 8 years of active duty service. Mr. Scott took pride in serving his country and now provides this level of service to the businesses that support the country and its infrastructure.
