Joe Radniecki, P.E.

Joe Radniecki, P.E. is the manager of the mechanical engineering department at AMI Consulting Engineers (AMI) which specializes in a wide variety of industrial projects including mechanical, structural, marine, civil & architectural. Prior to joining AMI, Mr. Radniecki gained extensive experience in project management, engineering, and maintenance in his 18 years at a pulp & paper facility. He began his career in the mill engineering department as a project engineer supporting plant operations and completing capital improvement projects. He moved on to the parent company's capital engineering group where he acted as project manager and lead engineer on multiple large scale modernization projects including installations of a new lime kiln, sulfur reducing incinerator, and oriented strand board plant. Mr. Radniecki's final position prior to joining AMI was working for 5 years as the plant's wood room and wood yard as maintenance coordinator. His responsibilities included maintenance and optimization of all equipment and the installation and startup of a new 5,000 ton per day chipping and screening line.

During his time at AMI, Mr. Radniecki has served as department manager, project manager and lead mechanical engineer on numerous projects throughout the area's industries including mining, shipping, grain, cement, and power generation as well as for several government agencies. His ability to develop unique solutions to difficult projects and work to complete project on time and within budgets and critical path has set Mr. Radniecki aside as a premier mechanical engineer in the region. Mr. Radniecki's extensive range of project support has included work in all departments of AMI Consulting Engineers. Mr. Radniecki works with our engineers and technicians providing them with guidance and general design experience in both new construction and renovations of existing systems to insure projects are completed with practical design, on time and on budget.
