New Hires
AMI is proud to announce the addition of Steve Eckman, P.E. to the AMI team! Steve has continually been designing and managing projects for industrial, commercial, federal, state, county and local government clients. His design experience includes steel structures, foundations, specialty foundations for cold weather applications, building demolition management, industrial facility equipment foundations, lifting device inspections and ratings, fly ash collection system and conveyance, jib cranes, piping and pumping systems, dust collection and storage bin/hopper design, electrical substation structures and pipe hangers. With his over twenty-six years of professional structural and mechanical engineering experience, your project will be delivered quickly, under budget and exceed your expectations. We are excited as a company to have such a great leader on board with us.
New Corporate Headquarters
AMI's new corporate headquarters is now open for business. AMI moved into its new facility in August of 2010 and we are now getting settled into our new home. The new facility is on the end of Connor's Point (91 Main Street) in Superior Wisconsin, just over the bridge from our old Duluth location. The new facility brings room for the growth of the company and the consolidation of all marine related services. With the facility located conveniently off highway 53, it provides AMI staff and its client's quicker access to and from the facility. The direct water access from our property greatly reduces response time and increases the efficiency of our marine survey and commercial dive teams.
