Chase is a marine civil engineer, commercial diver, and marine civil department manager with over 14 years of experience. He has focused his career on the design of critical waterfront and riverine infrastructure, and leads a staff of additional engineers, marine scientists, technicians and permitting specialists. Chase safely performs and manages underwater dive inspections on outfalls, dams, piers, bridges, ferry terminals, slips in adverse conditions such as high flow, low/zero visibility, low temperature/ice, and HAZMAT.
