AMI performed the design of the EDM III (power barge) shoreside access facility and mooring dolphins. The desgin included a new shoreside seawall to support shoreside access, pile supported access ramps and utility bridges, and steel pile with concrete cap mooring dolphins.

By decreasing the number of piles required for the mooring dolphins, AMI reduced constructions costs with value engineering.

AMI provided construction support, reviewed pile driving records, and provded recommmendations for pile termination depth.
