AMI offers comprehensive inspection services for all types of waterfront infrastructure. Our certified engineer-divers and technicians conduct detailed topside and underwater inspections using advanced imaging and sonar technology. These inspections provide clients with a complete understanding of the condition of their structures and supporting infrastructure.

Our hydrographic capabilities include single- and multi-beam sonar surveys processed with HYPACK software for accurate bathymetric mapping. We use side-scan sonar, sector-scan imaging, sub-bottom profiling, and magnetometer surveys to assess underwater conditions and identify obstructions or debris. Topside, we offer 3D laser scanning to generate precise structural renderings.

AMI provides full-service construction management to ensure projects are executed according to design intent and client expectations. Our services include bid assistance, construction coordination, schedule management, daily inspections, materials testing, pay applications, and project closeout.
We also offer comprehensive permitting services, navigating complex requirements from agencies including the DNR, EPA, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fish and Wildlife Service, SHPO, and others. Our specialists are experienced in acquiring permits for submerged lands, open water mitigation, and more.
